Bio:
Josie Johnson (b. 1997, United States) received a B.F.A in painting and illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2020. Johnson creates work that concerns themes of connectedness and tenderness between souls. Her work often features her family, but she also is drawn to depicting nature and the environment around her. She has exhibited work in group shows such as SCAD Open Studio night (2018 -2019) and at the Savannah gallery “The Loft”. She has also showed her work in some group shows in Indianapolis ( 2023-2025). Currently, she is living and working in Indianapolis, Indiana.
